Setting up a meeting on an Android device is effectively the same process as setting up an event (see: New event – Android). The only difference is that in this case you add users to the event, thereby making it into a meeting. It is not possible to book a meeting room using an Android device, so you must set up the meeting using Outlook on a computer or in a web browser in order to book the room at the same time.
