IT services for the University’s classrooms includes answering teachers and employees who are in trouble with devices in the classrooms.
Facilities Supervisors provide services for the devices, but Division of IT (UTS) services consist of the possibility of reporting problems by calling 525-5550 and receiving immediate help. You can also send requests to the address help@hi.is. If the service staff is not able to resolve the issue, they will call a technician or facilities supervisor who will receive the request.
Services provided cover the assistance with the computer in the classroom and the software used there, including the projector and the recording equipment.
