If you have lost or forgotten your password it is necessary to make a new one since we cannot access your password in our system. Students and employees can get a new password at the IT Help Desk on Háskólatorg and Stakkahlíð. The opening hours are from 8-16 all weekdays.
Students can also get a new password at the Service Desk on Háskólatorg. The opening hours are Mon-Thur 8:30-17 and Fri 8:30-16.
Note! Remember to bring ID with you for a new password.
If you are unable to go to Háskólatorg or Stakkahlíð for a new password it is possible to have it sent to your internet bank, please contact the IT Help Desk or Service Desk on Háskólatorg.
