At the University of Iceland, there are several ways to store data. We recommend that users use OneDrive and SharePoint/Teams for their data. The old Personal network drive and Shared drives are being implemented. Those who already have data in it will need to transfer it to OneDrive or Sharepoint/Teams in the coming weeks and months.
The difference between OneDrive and SharePoint/Teams is that OneDrive is designed for individual and personal data (which is easy to share), while SharePoint/Teams is a storage area for specially created groups.
